Wow, that was good. Really, really good. Much, much better than I was expecting or daring to hope for. Got more consistent high-quality RP (including the most epic and cinematic angstfest circle-prowling shouting match *ever*) than I probably did at the last three main events put together. Jumping at one's own shadow is immense fun. Jumping at shadows that turn into greatsword wielding angels is even more fun! Curiously achieved a great deal more IC than we'd have done if we had turned up in force. Great stuff. Didn't get to speak to 90% of the characters on site - but that's expected. The ones I did get to speak to were awesome incarnate, and made it more than worthwhile.

1. On your livejournal, list in order from most recent, any character you have roleplayed as in the last two months. (if your memory is hazy then just list randomly.)
2. Include the game you played them in and when you last played them.
3. People can then comment asking one question general enough for anyone to answer it.
4. You then reply with the answers each character listed would give.
5. People can ask multiple questions if they wish.
6. No giving away characters deep dark secrets. These are answers your characters would give. They could lie if put on the spot.

Date: 2007-02-27 02:07 pm (UTC)2- Aestar: "Fear? Do not make me laugh, mortal. You ask *me* of fear? You ask she who has existed since the beginning, who has watched the rise and fall of civilisations, has watched the great nations of this world drag themselves from humble beginnings into towering spires of achievement and down cavernous abyssal pits of despair? I have watched an entire world plead in fear to their gods for deliverance from the predations of demons. I have watched my kind tear each other apart and hurl their former brothers into the abyss because they were too afraid to question the orders of their masters. I have seen the greatest fear -that of the unknown, of the very real possibility of the end of one's pitiful existence- in the face of every man, woman and child I have ever delivered from this world. And I have known that fear myself, every time I am sent back to that cold, empty abyss. It is all consuming. It is in the weapons of my enemies, in the hateful gleam in their eyes, in the words they shout and the cold unquestioning intent with which they pursue my destruction. I *AM* fear, mortal. It has superceded all else within me. There is nothing left *but* fear, nothing left to do but run and never look back."
3- Lilith: "Do you *know* how *horrible* it is watching the tattered shreds of your torso suddenly moving *away* from you? Suddenly not having arms or legs? All you can do is lie there and open your mouth or blink. You can't even talk! You're trying to shout at your bastard squadmates to pick you up but they think you're already dead and you can't do anything and they're all like 'oh no, she's dead' and I'm like 'no, you fuckers, I'm not!' and suddenly you can't help but laugh at how ridiculously fucked up it is... except that you can't laugh because you don't have lungs anymore... Argh!"
4- "Sir Alan": "Nooooo! The sins of the flesh! Vile Revulsion! Impure, disgusting, hideous corrupted...bllleeeeek hhuuuuuuuuuk blaaaaaaauugh urgh."
5- Dura: "I hope my friends always like me because otherwise I would be sad and have no friends and then have nothing to do but throw rocks around and it would probably hurt someone and then I would be even sadder because I would have even less friends."
6- Princess Allaya/Sara: "To sit by and do nothing while both worlds tear themselves apart, for fear of harming them further. If we do not do something, then there will be *nothing* left!"
7- Alaris: "Death? I do not fear death. I fear what comes beyond it. Death is just the beginning. To lose oneself to the great devourer is truly a fate worse than death - a fate so incomprehensibly terrifying that it does not bear consideration."
8- Shar'Grikan: "Neon Stripes, orderly geometric patterns or polka dots. Irritating. Orderly. Patterned. Can't disrupt patterns. Can't hide."
