VERITY:

If you thought that being a 'Child of the Saints' would somehow exempt me from having to concern myself with everyday matters such as cleanliness, then I'm sorry to disappoint. I'm just as human as you or anyone else; I still need to eat, sleep, bathe and pee, I still bleed, I still smell when I don't wash. If I didn't, I'd be worried. Nothing -natural- is exempt from the laws of the world while still living within it. Demons? Fae? Undead? You think they have to wash? You think they need to visit the privy at inopportune moments? No. They're monsters, creatures from the outside. They don't abide by our rules, they seek to pervert them. Be proud of your humanity.

Consider, my little mortal friend, the ridiculousness of a being such as I having need of such things. You think I care for the state of the fleeting, transient false flesh I weave about me, outside of its utility as an appendage; a means of indulging in the pleasures of physicality? I do not sweat, nor need sustenance, nor require rest. My body produces no waste, save for...hmm...what was it again? Ah yes! "Discorporate Subaetheric Precipitation" upon its destruction. It requires no maintenance; it merely endures.

My time in the physical realm is primarily spent gathering the trappings of form and substance about me so I might enjoy them; why would I attempt to purge myself of these things?
