SHATTERED LEGACIES

Event One 7th - 9th August

The bell has tolled, and the line is drawn. Dragon must be stopped. The dark spirit of slaughter and destruction has awakened - and with every passing moment, his power and influence increases. An ancient army of animated stone warriors marches silently onwards at his behest, crushing all in their path. One by one, the beastkin tribes to the North fall under his influence. As the number of potential allies dwindles, who amongst the brave adventurers of the New Star will stand to stem the tide amongst the ancient ruins of Zenith?

Shattered Legacies is a live roleplay system run by members of the York University Science Fiction and Fantasy Society. Set in an active and responsive fantasy game world, players take on the role of adventurers journeying forth from the frontier city of Ambala into the dangerous and uncharted Wild Lands to the North.

We will be charging £10 for any crew, and we will be able to offer cooked meals and indoor sleeping as priority over players. Crewing will involve a mixture of NPC roles from within the various factions currently in the ruined city 'Zenith', and many of the monsters and antagonists which the players will face.

We need £10 either in cheque, cash or online transfer format by the end of this weekend if possible since we need to inform the site how many we are expecting to attend. We also need forms so we can tailor the food to the dietary requirements of our crew. Transport will be provided in the form of a minibus which we will have all day on Thursday and Friday. If you're intending to come down on Thursday, let me know and we'll make sure you get picked up. We intend to start picking up crew and players en mass around lunchtime on Friday and will be doing several shuttle runs from York (station and surrounding areas) to the site and back. All you need to do is get to the station and we'll pick you up from there (an email to shattered -dot- legacies -at- gmail -dot- com would be useful, so we know what time).
