Beginning to actually notice it, as well. The last time I went clubbing was BEFORE STEAMPUNK.

Time to go and celebrate the steady advance towards having-to-grow-up-hood (it'll happen at some point, I'm sure) by dressing up like a fool in an escapist pseudomedieval fantasy world and hitting things with rubber sticks while shouting numbers. SERIOUS BUSINESS.

Well done on making it through another orbit! Although it is probably fortunate that, while you have almost clocked up 10,000 days, you will not be around after another 361,095 days ;)

I don't think having-to-grow-up-hood is as necessary and inevitable as people pretend. I mean; I'm thirty and married and have a mortgage and a baby-on-the-way, and when I told my husband that I'd like to hire a giant paddling pool to give birth in, his first question was "How many rubber ducks will we need for a pool of that size?". We have our first wind-up frog already...
